CUSTOMER CARE STAFF

Do you love consulting and customer support?

In this position, you will be the person who directly works with customers, advising them on products and services of the business.

Support old and new customers.

DETAILS

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Male/Female from 22 years old and above
  • Priority to know Japanese, if not, after joining the company will be trained.
  • Meticulous and careful in work
  • Know how to use basic office computers
  • Graduated College, University
  • 2 – 3 months probation

  • Working time: 8:30 – 17:30
    Off 4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays of the month.
