You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account username and password at all times. 1.2. User requirements and behavior

Services are not granted to users under the age of 18. You may not authorize a third party to use your Account, and you may not permit a person under the age of 18 to receive transportation or logistics services from a Third Party Provider unless they are traveling with you. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or legal entity. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services, and you may use the Services only for lawful purposes. 2. Payment

2.1. Service costs

You understand that use of the Services may incur costs for services or goods you receive from a Third Party Provider (“Fees”). After you have received services or goods through the use of the Services, Lux Japan Care will facilitate the payment of the applicable Fees on behalf of the Third Party Provider as its payment collection agent. Fees paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Lux Japan Care. Lux Japan Care will respond to any request from a Third Party Provider to change the Fees for a particular service or good.

All Fees are payable immediately and payment will be facilitated by Lux Japan Care using the preferred payment method specified in your Account, which Lux Japan Care will then send to you an email receipt, provided your email has been authenticated on the App. If your Primary Account’s payment method is determined to be expired, invalid or unchargeable, you agree that Lux Japan Care may, in its role as the Provider’s payment collection agent, provided to a Third Party, use the second payment method in your Account, if available.

This payment structure is designed to fully compensate Third Party Providers for the goods and services provided. Except for housekeeping services through the App, Lux Japan Care does not assign any part of your payment as a tip or gratuity to Third Party Providers. 2.2. Cost of repair or cleaning

3. Limitation of Liability

You may use the service of lux japan care to request and schedule domestic and/or air conditioning maintenance services with a third party supplier, but you agree that Lux Japan Care is not responsible or obligations to you in connection with any housekeeping and/or air conditioning maintenance services provided to you by a third party supplier, except as expressly set forth in these terms.

4. Compensation

You agree to indemnify and hold Lux ​​Japan Care and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, claims, liabilities, and expenses. (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with:

(i) you use these Services, services or products obtained through the use of these Services;

(ii) you break or violate these Terms;

5. Refunds

5.1. When will the customer get a full refund?

  • Cancel 10 minutes before posting

Example: If you post a job at 15:00, the job is done in 2 hours. Cancellation time is from 15:30 to 17:00 on the same day. Any request to cancel work outside of this period will not be valid.

In all of the above cases, you will not be charged for the cancellation request.

If you pay by credit card, the refund will be transferred back to your account within 15 minutes.

5.2. When can a customer get a partial refund?

Cancel after 10 minutes of posting the job (20,000 VND first cancellation fee).

When you click the cancel button, we will notify you of the 20,000 VND fee before you confirm the cancellation.

5.3. When is a customer not eligible for a refund?

When the cleaning maid is not up to your standards (In this case please contact our support line).

When you cancel after the working hours have passed.

5.4. Conditions of Package Refund

In case the customer wants to cancel the fixed package, Lux Japan Care applies the package cancellation terms/conditions and refunds the unused work in two ways:

Refund via bPay: Lux Japan Care refunds the total amount of unused sessions.

Refund via bank transfer: Lux Japan Care refunds the total amount of unused sessions minus 20% of the value of the original package.

5.5. How to request a refund

6. Other provisions

6.1. Claims for copyright infringement
